A sales call should start something.

I’m building my agency to beat yours at follow-up. Here’s the system I’m setting up.

A great sales call shouldn’t end with “I’ll get to it tomorrow.” But the work after the call has a way of piling up: notes, scope, a proposal, an email, and remembering when to check back.

The workflow I’m building starts with the transcript. AI reads the conversation and pulls out the problem, the desired outcome, and the next steps. Claude Design creates the proposal. The email gets drafted. A follow-up loop gets set up.

One conversation becomes the starting point for everything that follows.

This is a build in progress. I’m not claiming a conversion lift or pretending the whole thing is already running perfectly. I want to see whether it can reliably turn the details from a real call into a useful next step.

The review matters. Scope, prices, timelines, and promises need to match what we can actually deliver. The email stays a draft until it has been checked.

When I have results worth sharing, I’ll put them here: what worked, where the handoffs broke, and what I changed. The goal is less work falling through the cracks—and a better experience for the person on the other side of the call.
